Analytics

Track your content performance with usage dashboards and brand analytics.

The Analytics page gives you visibility into how you are using Brandmanna and how your content is performing. Use it to track generation volume, monitor publishing activity, and export data for deeper analysis.

Usage Dashboard

The main dashboard shows your activity metrics broken down by month and by brand. You can see at a glance how much of your monthly allowance you have used and where your effort is concentrated.

Key Metrics

  • AI generations -- how many content ideas and drafts the AI has created for you this month
  • Image generations -- how many AI images you have generated through the Media Studio
  • Publications -- how many posts you have published to connected social accounts via Publishing

Each metric is displayed with monthly totals so you can spot trends over time and understand your usage patterns.

Brand Breakdown

If you manage multiple brands, the dashboard breaks down usage per brand. This helps you see which brands are getting the most attention, which ones may need more content, and how your resources are distributed across your portfolio.

You can filter the dashboard view by individual brand or view aggregate totals across all brands.

Generation Quality Feedback

Brandmanna tracks feedback on AI-generated content to help improve output quality over time. When you rate or provide feedback on generated ideas and drafts, that data is captured in your analytics.

This feedback loop helps you understand which types of briefs, platforms, and content styles produce the best results for your brand.

CSV Export

For detailed analysis beyond what the dashboard shows, you can export your analytics data as a CSV file.

  1. Go to the Analytics page.
  2. Select your desired date range and brand filter.
  3. Click the export button to download the data as CSV.

The CSV includes granular data that you can open in a spreadsheet application for custom reporting, charting, or sharing with stakeholders.

Common uses for CSV exports include:

  • Building custom dashboards in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Sharing monthly performance reports with clients or team members
  • Tracking content ROI over time with your own formulas and charts
  • Archiving historical data before it falls outside your lookback window

History Lookback Limits

How far back you can view your analytics data depends on your subscription tier:

TierHistory lookback
Free30 days
Creator90 days
Studio365 days
EnterpriseUnlimited

Older data beyond your tier's lookback window is not displayed in the dashboard or included in CSV exports.

If you need longer retention, you have two options:

  • Upgrade your plan to extend the lookback window (Creator gives you 90 days, Studio gives you a full year)
  • Export regularly to CSV so you always have a local copy of your data, regardless of your tier's lookback limit

Tips for Using Analytics

  • Check monthly trends to see if your content output is consistent or if there are gaps in your publishing schedule.
  • Compare brands to identify which ones need more attention or which are consuming the most resources.
  • Export regularly if you are on the Free or Creator tier, so you have a record of your data beyond the lookback window.
  • Use feedback data to refine your content briefs -- if certain topics or platforms consistently get better results, lean into those patterns.
