Content Calendar

The Content Calendar gives you a visual overview of your scheduled content across all platforms and brands. See your week or month at a glance, drag and drop to reschedule, and use Calendar Intelligence for strategic posting recommendations.

The Content Calendar is a Creator+ feature — available on the Creator, Studio, and Enterprise plans.

Calendar Views

The calendar supports two views that you can toggle between:

Week View

Shows 7 days with time slots. Each scheduled draft appears as a card on its assigned day and time. This view is ideal for fine-tuning your daily posting schedule and spotting gaps.

Month View

Shows the full month with draft counts per day. Click any day to see the drafts scheduled for it. This view gives you a high-level picture of your content distribution over the month.

Drag-and-Drop Scheduling

Reschedule any draft by dragging its card to a different day or time slot:

1. Hover over a scheduled draft card in the calendar
2. Click and drag it to the desired day (and time slot in week view)
3. Release to update the schedule

The draft's publish date and time update automatically.

Color Coding

The calendar uses color coding to help you identify content at a glance:

• Platform colors — each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.) has a distinct color so you can see your platform mix across the week or month
• Pillar colors — content pillar tags are color-coded to show your strategic theme distribution

Source Filter

Use the source filter to control what appears on the calendar:

• All — shows both standalone drafts and plan-based content
• Standalone — shows only individually created drafts
• Plan — shows only content from Content Plans

Plan-generated content and standalone drafts coexist on the same calendar, giving you a complete picture of your publishing schedule.

Quick Draft

Click any empty day on the calendar to open the Quick Draft modal and create content on the spot:

1. Click an empty day on the calendar
2. Choose "Generate with AI" (enter a topic and let the AI create a draft) or "Write Manually" (compose your own text)
3. Optionally expand Advanced Options to set a CTA, hashtags, and image prompt
4. Save the draft — it auto-schedules for 9:00 AM on the selected date

Quick Draft is the fastest way to fill gaps in your content calendar without leaving the calendar view.

Calendar Intelligence

Calendar Intelligence provides strategic posting recommendations based on your content patterns. It analyzes your schedule and suggests:

• Optimal posting times based on your content distribution
• Days where you have gaps that should be filled
• Platform balance recommendations

This feature is available on Creator+ plans.

iCal Subscription

Subscribe to your Brandmanna content calendar from your favorite calendar app so your content schedule appears alongside your personal events.

Setting Up iCal

1. Click the calendar subscription button in the calendar toolbar
2. Click "Generate URL" to create a unique iCal feed URL
3. Copy the URL to your clipboard

Subscribing from Your Calendar App

Apple Calendar:

1. Open Calendar and go to File > New Calendar Subscription
2. Paste the iCal URL and click Subscribe
3. Set your preferred refresh interval

Google Calendar:

1. Open Settings > Add Calendar > From URL
2. Paste the iCal URL and click Add Calendar

Microsoft Outlook:

1. Go to Calendar > Add Calendar > Subscribe from web
2. Paste the iCal URL and click Import

Sync and Management

• Changes sync approximately every hour
• You can regenerate the URL at any time, which invalidates any previous subscriptions
• You can revoke all subscriptions to stop external access entirely
